We need some help, lots of insider info, friendly contacts - anything will be helpful.
I'm an American ex-patriot who has been living and working in Germany for many years. Now, due to a variety of reasons, my wife and I have decided it's time to turn our backs on Germany and return to the states. We've decided that the Brunswick / Bath area is the place we want to live and enjoy the relaxed New England way of life. The prices seem right, there seem to be enough varied jobs available and naturally there's the unlimited possibilities for liesure-time activities. Our problem is that we don't know anyone in the area who can give us tips and or tell us where the best places are. We'll be in the area in late Feb. or early Mar. to look for a new home and it would be nice if we could make contact with someone who lives in Brunswick, Bath or Topsham. Is there anyone out there who's not shy with meeting new people?
