I lived here once before 8 years ago, and at that time a man by the name of Hayward William Bissell had kidnapped his Ohio girl friend Patricia Booher and it was rumored that he had killed her in the gas station parking lot near Trion School... The gas station attendant had claimed that she heard eerie sounds coming from a customers car sounding like crys for help but thought no more of it...and it was the very next day his murderous rampage continued. He tried killing more, or had killed, not sure more people in Alabama...The police finally caught him and they said when he was wrestled to the ground that her esophagus was in her shirt pocket. I just want to know what ever happened to him? It made world news at the time of it happening...but since there is nothing on the web about him...I only found two links...one where an author wrote a book called Blood Highway, and a small paragraph that reads this:PATRICIA ANN BOOHER - Murdered and mutilated

The victim's eyes and heart had been gouged out. A hand and foot had been severed. The esophagus was in Bissell's shirt pocket, while other body parts lay in the car.
I found that on Cybersleuths...why hasn't there been more of an uproar on this vile killer? its been 8 years and the family still doesn't have peace of mind.
