HELLO, I AM ORIGINALLY FROM ATLANTIC, IOWA.
I AM VERY HOME SICK. I WAS WONDERING WITH TODAY'S TECHNOLOGY IF ANYONE COULD KINDLY TAKE PICTURES OF MY HOME TOWN ATLANTIC AND A HOUSE CALLED THE EIGHT CORNERED HOUSE ON R.R. 3. AND SEND THEM TO ME OVER THE COMPUTER OR MAYBE THROUGH THE MAIL. IF MONEY IS SOMETHING DESIRED FOR THE PHOTOS I CAN COMPROMISE. I REALLY MISS HOME, AND DESIRE PHOTOS TO SHARE WITH NEW FOUND FRIENDS. PLEASE SOMEBODY SEE THIS AND RESPOND.

I was looking for photos of Atlantic for a memorial I am making and found your post!
We are from Atlantic, Iowa! We can't take your pictures, because we now live in Vancouver, WA!!!!
Tell us your story! When did you live there, what are you doing here? Who is your family?

azurec3, I don't know if you'll get a reply from naners since her original request was from 2002. But I'm from Atlantic too. In fact, I still live here. Do you have any family still here? Do you come back to visit? Do you keep up on the local news? I'll be happy to bore you with any kind of information you're interested in. Naners, if you do check back, I was in the eight-cornered house a few months ago. I'd never been in it before, but, to put it kindly, I think it's seen better days.IP: Logged |

i am at naners2good@yahoo.com please contact me, please bore me as you put it. i lived in the eight cornered house in 88, it was lovely then, my parents fixed it up real nice, people used to park and paint it or take pictures. anyway, i'd like to talk to you more. IP: Logged |

azurec3, call me shy, or paranoid, but I don't really want my name flying around the internet. Email me at country50022@excite.com and I'll get a little more personal. It turns out Naners uncle worked for me for a while, but I don't have any relatives in Washington that I know of. I will be happy to talk about Atlantic on here, but not tonight. It's too late.
