I have lived in crawfordsville for abouot 3 years. I had some work I can do myself but figured i would just hire it done. Called 3 different contractors. 2 of witch never called me back. 1 came out and gave an estimate. We scheduled the work to be completed. I was told he would be here at 8 in the morning. I finally was able to get in contact with him at 1when he hasn't been here yet. He said he had to finish another joband he would be over when that job was finished. Now I am a stictler for time. To me it is his job to work around my schedule. If he can not do that I will find someone that can, or in this case just go on and do the work myself since everyone must have plenty of work. Funny how I hear how slow construction is, and no one haveing enough work to keep them busy, Is it because of there incompetance, or because no respect for what the customer wants, or does that even matter any more.Please let me know of your experiences with contractors here.IP: Logged |
