I'm trying to locate a town in Louisiana called something like Beldeau. The spelling probably isn't correct, but it's about 25 miles from Hessmer, Louisiana. Not sure if it's in Avoyelles or Rapides parish. Can anyone help?

I guess the town you are looking for is the town of -> Belle D'eau <- which is located on State Highway 114. If you are in the center of Hessmer ... take West School Street (Ste Hwy 114) west for about 1 & 1/2 miles and you will be in the beautiful town of Belle D'eau
