I need information about how one goes about disinterring remains of those buried in an obviously abandoned, unidentified cemetery. Who would I contact to get this information? This is in regards to a Louisiana location on private property. Dates are pre-civil war and only a few stones remain standing, the rest have been dragged over a bank years and years ago, probably reclaimed by the bayou by now. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
