November 19, 1967 a baby girl was born to a woman named Ann who had long black hair in the St. Joseph's Hospital of Lowell, Massachusetts. The father's name on the birth certificate was Joseph Mangiafico. Two days later Joe's wife had a baby girl in the same hospital.

Joe was full blooded Sicilian. While in the Boston area, he had a barber shop and worked for different law enforcement agencies. He was working as a security guard at the Logan Airport when he passed in 1992.

Joe had a history of having affairs resulting with children. My husband was one of those children. He never met his father. I finally tracked him down only to learn of his passing in 1992.

I have been able to find 4 brothers, and 2 sisters so far. It meant so much to my husband meeting them. There are at least ten more siblings that we know of.

Somewhere out there people are going through what my hasband did, not knowing who his father was. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. It can make a person miserable. There is also important medical information that his children should know about.
