HELP! My ex husband is in the military and owes my children over $40,000 in child support arrears! He also owes his current wife thousands in past due child support. He is being protected by the good old boy network. There must be others out there. We are both professional women, (an attorney and a nurse) contact us at mildepunited@hotmail.com . If your Ex is Army, go to Judge advocate General's Office at Ft. Meade or whatever installation is nearest you. Just be sure to have a copy of your divorce papers and any amendments in hand. You can collect Child Support, it will be an allotment. Call and make that appointment!

I forgot to tell you that you must have his information (full name, ssn, dob, etc.) Why haven't you gone to your local Attorney General's Office or to Welfare? They will put his SSN in the computer system and BOOM, he'll be paying child support. The Military doesn't like "Dead Beat Dads". I was once married to a Military man. That's when Child Support was a sure thing. It was once I remarried and had another child that I had real problems. Civilian dads can work "under the table" for cash, paying no taxes, there is no way to trace them, as far as employment is concerned. But the Military is one the nationwide computer system.
