Trying to contact Tracy Hayward now Tracy Douglass moved to Frederick Maryland within the last 2 months. She has severed all contact with her 2 children in England and is refusing contact for their brother and 2 sisters who live with her. She has done this before. I am their father and urge anyone who knows of Tracy and her Husband Dwight Douglass who was last known to work as an architect for Bechtel Corp to get in touch with me at jatgms@yahoo.co.uk thankyou
