I am trying to find information about Victor Conrad Johnson's real last name. He was born in Licking in 1898. His mother's name was Louisa or Elizabeth. I have seen her name associated with Harper, Shelton and Williamson.
Victor was adopted by the Johnson family at a young age. Supposedly it was "a big secret" to who is birth father was. I also know that Victor and his real father are buried in the Mitchell Cemetary. Any leads to who Victor's father is, will be greatly appreciated. Please help me in solving this family mystery.
