I was born in saint louis missouri in the year of 1976. I'm not sure how old my father was at the time, but my mother was 14 when conceived and 15 when I was delivered. My maiden name is Spencer, and I grew up in saint louis city (Bluemeyers)  I was told by some relatives, that my fathers last name is Finney, and possible first name begins with R  I was diagnose with diabetes type I at the age 11, and I do know my biological father had diabetes at a young age  If you could help me with any information, please feel free to do so.
