Author Topic:   looking for family cranspkc New Member Posts: 1 From:copperas cove, tx united states Registered: Feb 2005 posted February 22, 2005 08:03 PM                my father recently passed away and i am trying to get information on any surviving family he may have. the only information i have to go on is that his family lived in melrose, nm. my grandfather's name was crawford allen turner and my grandmother's name was minnie zeola turner. my father had no pictures of either one and they both passed away before i was born. my father's name was jacob sirdoff turner. please if anyone has any information about the turner family in melrose please answer this posting. not knowing my father's family has left a huge hole in my family tree. thanks. pam crans IP: Logged jowalker New Member Posts: 2 From:Midland, Texas Registered: Jul 2009 posted July 30, 2009 03:26 PM                I sent you an email...I lived in Melrose New Mexico for several years, my grandfather and grandmother lived there for many years. THe majority of my mother's side of the family (Monk) are buried in the cemetary there. I left there when my mother was killed in 1971, but I remember a girl I went to school with whose father was the preacher for the Baptist church there, her name was Pam Turner.
