Hey Everyone,

Good Evening. Let me start by saying that I am looking for some help. Anonymous help. It is my understanding that an individual or group of people in or around Pepper Pike, Ohio, hogtied two horses and pushed them into a river. I am looking for any information regarding the incident. Specifics regarding those involved would be greatly appreciated.
