"MUST READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON A 1972 UNSOLVED HOMICIDE" Activists / Advocates I am sending out an open plea for your assistance in bringing a final resolution to this unsolved homicide of *****. She was a 17 year old teenager who was brutally murdered in 1972. My name is ***** and I am being forced to serve an illegal conviction in Federal Prison because these individuals and another federal informant went before a Federal Grand Jury and committed perjury to ensure my indictment and conviction due to the 4 audio tapes that are logged as evidence in my appeal. I have a Civil Action Case pending with evidence of these audio tapes that have an unnamed male having telephone conversations discussing crimes that have been committed that led to me being charged for what they did. On the last audio tape contains a conversation between one of the informants and an unnamed male discussing the informant’s involvement in the murder of *****. I have personally met with investigators from Philadelphia Homicide Unit and was shocked to learn that 2 or more people have identified this informant as a murder suspect in this case. I have given a signed account that identifies this informant and his discussion of the actual murder. The Federal Courts and Investigators are attempting to prevent me from releasing these audio tapes. I am again pleading for your help to make this happen, as I have put my own family in grave danger by coming forward with this information. Please we all must organize to prevent people like this from harming and sexually abusing other children. I know some of you might wonder why I have not directly mentioned this unnamed male’s name. It is because; believe it or not I could be subjected to being charged with a Federal Crime, under 18 U.S.C.:19, which protect informants from harassment and intimidation. It can get you up to 5 years of imprisonment for violating it. Who among us will stand with me and destroy this evil. No one was there when this young teenager needed help the most. Maybe now someone will hear her cry for help. Stand up, organize and make a real difference and let’s put this monster’s lights out. On January 27, 2005, ***** was sentenced to 75 months in prison for bilking nearly $900,000 from elderly and uninformed investors, many of whom had entrusted him with their life’s savings. The case dates back to 2000, when a Pennsylvania senior citizen contacted the Pennsylvania Securities Commission on suspicion that he had been defrauded by a former agent from *****. When PSC investigators looked into the case, they learned that *****’s relationship with ***** had been terminated “voluntarily.” However, ***** continued to display a ***** sign outside his office. When investigators discovered the false signage, the Commission issued a Cease and Desist Order to force ***** to stop representing himself as an investment adviser and to take down the sign. An elderly gentleman had invested $85,000 in a mutual fund through *****, explained Senior Counsel *****. Before long, ***** called to report that the investment had dropped about $18,000 due to a downturn in the mutual funds market. ***** recommended that the man transfer the remaining $67,000 to *****, Inc., the corporation ***** used in his scam. When *****and Securities Investigator ***** studied the account information of *****, it became clear that ***** had swindled 12 people – 10 of whom were Pennsylvania residents – out of a total of nearly $900,000. Further investigation revealed that ***** had written 111 checks to himself. He also had used the ***** account, as well as two corporate credit cards, to pay for personal expenses. The credit cards were opened in his name and in the name of an illiterate investor, and they were used to purchase membership in a sporting club, a trip to the Caribbean, to lease a BMW, and other luxuries which he paid for with investors’ funds. In total, ***** spent nearly a third of investors’ money for his personal benefit. At first, Commission staff received a surprising response to its investigative efforts from some of the older investors. “Some of them gave us no cooperation at all during the investigation,” *****noted. “Although we proved that he had taken their money for expenses having nothing to do with *****, they were afraid that they would lose their total investment if *****’s operation was shut down.” Ultimately, these investors recognized the scam and were helpful in the investigation. ***** pled guilty before the U.S. Attorney and was sentenced to 75 months in prison.
