Have many fond memories of my family visits to the old Browns BarBQ as a kid. Have tried unsuccessfully to duplicate both their slaw and ham recipes they used for their BarBQ sandwich's. My mom (86) recently moved to NY with me & it has become a pet project for us to recreate those great sandwiches for our family. Anyone lucky enough to have the recipes? Would appreciate any help. Anyone recall this besides me?
