Author Topic:   Can anyone tell me about this cross Mary Jo New Member Posts: 1 From:Dyersburg,Tn..Dyer Registered: Mar 2007 posted March 26, 2007 05:47 PM                Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone out there can give me some info about the cross on the hillside overlooking Rolling Hills on harness road in Dyer County? It has been there ever since I was a little girl and I am trying to find out some info on it's history. I know it had to be put there for a reason and I would like to know what that reason is. If someone can help me I would be truly grateful. All I know about it is that on April 2nd or 3rd of 2006 it was blown down by the tornados that came through here, but it has since been replaced.Can you help me on this subject? Thank You IP: Logged
