I live in an apartment complex in North Austin. I had a small dinner party on a Sat night in my apt and my downstairs neighbors complained of "loud noises late at night". Now the apt management is requesting I follow a 10pm "community curfew"? Is this legal? Has anyone had this experience? Prior to this complaint the management sent me another letter stating that my neighbors complained that I was walking, talking, and opening and closing doors in my apt and they considered this loud. Isn't this a case of harassment?
