My mother lived in Big Water, Utah. She took in a man. His name is allen. He was to do work around the place for room and board.
Well shortly there after. I started reciveing calls from my mother. Allen was abuseing her. And she was in fear for life. I started calling the Kane Co. sheriff. But they would do nothing. Becuase she would not file charges. This keeps going on and on. I ask my mother. Why wont you file charges. And I was told. He has promissed to kill me and any one here at the time. Even if it is an officer. Then she called me one day and told me. Allen is forceing me to put this home and lot in a will in his name. While this was going on. I kept calling the sheriff and telling him what was going on. Well not once did they take Allen in over night for domestic abuse. And Im not the only one she told. She called her sisters dauther. And told her all the same things and still the sheriff did nothing. Also we told the sheriff and Allen that she was to have no booze at all. That was orders from her Dr. And she cant drive. And never went any where! Yet Allen kept her drunk as hell all of the time. And he had been told it would kill her. My mother was on SSI Disablity. Had no real money to speek of. Just the house and lot. Which was to go to me at the time of her death. Well to hell with the land. The state can have it or let it go to charity. I would just like to see justice for my Mother.
With all that had been told to the sheriff. He told me that. She died of being a fat drunk. There was no medical exam done. And they had her creamated.
Nice clean sweeped under the rug.
Now close your eyes and think of it for a moment. WHAT IF THIS IS YOUR MOTHER?
Please help me by calling the attoreny generals office and ask for Ric Cantrell. And Ask him to check into this case.
