I was born a Rucker in Murfreesboro, TN and I know that Peter Rucker came to visit his three sons, from England, in VA during the 1700s and his boat shipwrecked on the coast and he survived. The Rucker that came to Murfreesboro was Ellis Suttle Rucker, Sr. and his brother and Ellis married into the Richardson family there. What I want to know is: 1) Are there any Ruckers still in Ruckersville, 2)How can I get in touch with them, and 3) Are there any web sites that give more historical information on this town? If anyone can help, my email address is greenlindamarie@yahoo.com. thanks
