Robert Hansen, an Alaskan serial killer who killed for about a dozen years in the '70s and '80s, identified a victim found by the power lines near Eklutna as his first. She has never been identified, not in 26 years. Most of the other bodies found were eventually identified. The troopers think she may have come from Washington or California, though Hansen said he thought she said she was either from Kodiak or her family lived in Kodiak.
