We have a Nordic Stove, Eric, Jr., a free-standing stove. It was manufactured by Nordic Stove Mfg. Inc. Lovelock. Nevada. I understand from a previous discussion of these stoves that the company appears to be out of business, gone from view, at any rate. Has anyone had trouble with the outside air control rod? Have you had any luck trying to find parts or information? We have been having trouble getting enough draft to keep the fire going. The air intakes on the doors don't close all the way. According to the manual the pipe under the floor for the air intake should be a 6 inch pipe and ours is smaller. Recently, the air intake rod seemed to be sticky, and then it had a different feel when pushing or pulling it. We would appreciate any info you can give us.
