I am looking for any info on my Mom. she was born in W.Va. in 1928 and was placed in an orphanage. I don't have any birth records but the institution she was in assigned her a name of Ethelyn marie and a birthdate of 3/10/1928. This is the info she told me. She was never adopted but was a foster child. The last home I know she was in was in Lost Creek. the family was Lucille Woodford. She attended school there for a time. Can anyone help me? Mom passed away and she has always had a mysterious life and we would like to know who she was. ThankS!
