Officer Staggers is eager and ready to fine you for any offense and don't worry he will lie under oath as well, you will pay the fine regardless. Just by virtue of you being in the wrong place at the right time with your out of state tags, that's it. And the judge who claims to listen he is - to the officers who bring in the fines, not you. Martinsburg is crooked and dirty and if you ain't from here, don't come here. You will pay just because you did. ------------------ hedging IP: Logged
