Does anyone know anything about my grandmother Emily McConn who left Wales in 1928 to join her husband(my grandfather)John Morgans(who I would also like any infomation on)who had emmigrated a year or two earlier to look for work which he found in Weirton Steel CORP.
Emily moved to Bethany in 1936 and opened Buffalo Gardens "beer gardens".It has been known as "Em's"by the students of the college. She also managed the baseball team"Morgan's Raiders"in the days before WW2 and on the team was a young Stan Musial. That is all I know about my grandparents so any information at all I Would be very grateful.
