My family is from Bruderheim and we are currently looking to move there. I currently have a Bruderheim History Book from a friend whose father wrote it. I will be seeing her tonight and we will look for this information for you and see if we can find you anything. Sound good? Blessings from Bruderheim!! Merry Christmas to you and your family!!

I am looking for the relatives of my greatgrandmother Augusta (Augustina)
Kropp (possible variant Kropf). Unfortunately I don't have precise data, but
it is possible that her father's name was Friedrich, her sister's name is
Olga. They lived in German settlement in Emiltchino town
(Volhynia, Russia (now Ukraine)) and emigrated to Canada (approximately 1910-1920).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
In Internet I have found such information:
1)
--Ship: SS Frankfurt
--Depart: Bremerhaven 3 May, 1913
--Arrive: Halifax/Phil/Balt. 14 May, 1913
--Name Age Destination
--Kropp Freidrich 59 Bruderheim AB
-- Wilhelmina 56
-- Ernetine 21
-- Freidrich 17
-- Olga 11

2)
--Bruderhime (Alberta, Canada), Bethlehem Lutheran cemetery.
--KROPP Wilhelmina 1859 - 7 Mar 1942 83y 4m 26d 6 children,14 gr-ch,5 greatgr-ch live in USA
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Probably it they. But I do not have exact information on them.
And to be sure, I need to find more information about this family and to work in the Ukrainian archives.

Lutheran cemetery

AGS# PLOTNO -> 330E,03
YEAR -> 1942
SURNAME GIVEN NAME -> KROPP Wilhelmina
BORN-DEATH DATE -> 1859 - 7 Mar 1942
AGE -> 83y 4m 26d
REMARKS -> 6 children,14 gr-ch,5 greatgr-ch live in USA

Calculations
1) birth date
7 Mar 1942 - 83y 4m 26d = 12 Oct 1858
2)Age
13 May 1913 (Ship arrival) - 12 Oct 1858 = 56

is It coincidence? No?
But in that case who is this person? ->

Lutheran cemetery

AGS# PLOTNO -> 330E,02
YEAR -> 1935
SURNAME GIVEN NAME -> KROPP William
BORN-DEATH DATE -> 1853 - 15 May 1935
AGE -> 82y
REMARKS -> left wife, 1 son,, 5 daughters

And where is Fridrih?!

I am still currently looking in the history book. It looked like there were 2 Kropp families and one of them was Fredrich Kropp or his son Fredrich. It might take some time to get back to you but i will pursue this, next week and will get back to you when i can actually take a look in the Luthern Cemetry and ask more of the elderly in Bruderheim. I think there is a son of Freddrich's in edmonton now, fred was the son of fredrich i believe. I will look into this some more. It requires much communicating also and time, but i am interested also because i believe the Lord is piecing together some of the puzzle here for Bruderheim also. God Bless and look forward to give you some more information soon.,.

I am a direct decendant of Friedrich Kropp. He was my great-grandfather. His daughter, Elizabeth Kropp, sister of Olga and Friedrich was my grandmother. My father, Wilbert Mann was the son of Elizabeth Kropp and Gustav Mann, born 1/1/26. I live in Chicago, IL and I would love to learn more information. Thanks.
