Hey Mike,

What part of Maine are you originally from? I am in Waterville, about 25 minutes North of Augusta. I moved here almost five years ago from Chicago.

Hi' Darlene I was born in Oakland 51 years ago In my late teens I spent alot of time in waterville. Made alot of friends,had alot of fun, looking back maybe to much fun

I can understand missing Maine. I was born in Augusta, Maine in 1977 and raised in Oakland, Maine until I left December of 1999 to move to Daytona Beach, Florida. I miss Oakland everyday. I never thought I would say it but I am a small town girl

Too much fun, Mike? I don't think there's such a thing as too much fun where children are concerned. Heheh, it's nice you have such good memories from your childhood. Yes, Maine is quite a change of pace from Chicago, which is mainly the reason I moved here. Yes, I like it here. I do office work and computer/internet-related work. I've been learning webdesign, it's a lot of fun!

HI Bethany...Sorry you're missing Maine but in the middle of our long cold winters here, I'd trade places with you in a heartbeat, lol! Maybe you'll move back here someday.
