Topic: Summer Youth League Coaching Position

Hi! I am a 21 year old Maine native residing in Oakland for the summer and taking a much needed break from college.

I am looking for a position coaching a youth league. I have experience in tennis, field hockey, softball, and baseball; and I love working with children.

Does anyone know where to find such a position in Oakland? I've looked on this site, but haven't found any links to employment.

Hi, I don't think you'll find any employment working with youth leagues in this area as they are all "staffed" by volunteers and parents. Your best bet would be to contact any/all of the summer camps in the area to see if they need athletic counselors for the summer.
