In the 1950s there was a doughnut shop on W. Fairground Ave. (in the rear of a larger building) on the corner of N. Main St. & W. Fairground Ave. They would begin the next day's production late in the evening, and you could buy those fresh, Krispy Cream-like doughnuts. Does anyone remember that shop and the name.? (I can almost smell them now.)
